Default Help me identify 2006 LS 430 Model

I just inherited a 2006 Lexus 430. 27000 miles. I had previously posted about a battery problem that the dealer traced to wiring from a 3rd party GPS locator.

Anyway, I want to know what model this is. I see no "Height Button" in front of gear shift, for air suspension, nor is there radio controls in the back seat. So that means it is not a UL model, right? I think I got misinformation from the dealer because service tech said all 2006 LS 430's were the same, and had air suspension. I believe this was wrong. Can you clarify?

The car has Mark Levinson sound, Navigation, power door locks, and rear seat heaters, I believe. What other info would the forum need to identify the model?

My stupid question is where the heck are the buttons to adjust the front headrests? I see the info in the manual, but don't know where to look.

Your help would be appreciated. This is a beautiful car.

Cheers

Its not a UL. Do you have head light washers? If not then you are not a CL... there is a post how to tell the differences..

There aren't really any differences from 04-06. To answer the headrest question, it shares the same button used to adjust the back part of the seat. Simple pull up to raise the headrest and push down to lower.

I believe from what has been posted it is the Modern Luxury. No headlight washers.
Where's the headrest adjustment?

I finally determined that it is a CL and not an ML. It does have headlight washers. I see the little windows on top of the bumper underneath the headlights. Also thanks for the help with the headrest adjustment. I found it.

Make sure you have the headlamp washer button on the lower garnish of the center console. I've seen owners (or repair shops) put bogus CL bumpers on ML trims, so obviously no button for the washer....

Other ways to check for CL are leather surfaces on the lower part of dash (where glove box is) and center console surround, as well as laminated glass (roll down window and see if you can see two panes of glass laminated together.

You should be enjoying your 430 for a very long time.
