Several people on the forums have done this mod, but none of them like to share their secrets.

Maybe REV-01 would be able to help out. I think he did the mod on BeanGrowers 430.

i just paid a car audio shop to do mine and they claimed they just googled the wiring diagram to figure out how to do it. mines is set to come on/off with only the parking lights on, this way it will still do the auto on/off when car is turned on and off by only leaving the lights on the parking light setting at all times.

One thing I hate about the LS430 is that it doesn't have great parking lights, just silly 194 Bulbs. I thought Halos inside might look cool... anyone else here think about that?

well it has really nice drl's in my opinion so it sort of makes up for the lack of 194's.. btw i purchased some $25 dollar (its a lot for 194's) and they are RB status, literally they are rated at Retina Burn brightness and when i hooked them up i plugged them in with the car running and for the 1.5 seconds it took for me to see them working and signal my brain to signal my eyes to look away i had blue/ white tunnel vision. so yeah the ones i put in are ultra bright for 194's, about as much light output if not a little more than the stock drl's.

Looks like a few options. I already have the 12.99 model, and it's not near as bright as I want it t be.

at that link you just put up ^ ^ ^, i actually bought one of each of the top 3 and tried out each combination at each location for best results. i think i put the third one down from the top (possibly the second but i think the third) in my parking lights and the top ones in my license plate (looks sick too) and the others in my puddle lights, however i went with the blue blue blue (did i mention they were blue¿) version for the puddle lights and ohhh my god are they bright blue. when i walk up to the car its like i have black lights under the car cept they are coming from the puddle lights. madd illegal if you were driving but they turn off as soon as you start the car so i don't think there is any harm in that.
