I just spent alot of time buying/looking for my ls430. For what your looking at 13K whould be average anything 11K or under would be great.

I see you're not worried about it being over 100K miles. I agree with the prices listed above.

Without navigation you are more than likely looking at the base model so take that into consideration. Otherwise, I agree with the pricing as well.

Try to go for one sold at a reputable dealer (preferable Lexus, but any dealer that sells a legit brand of car should be fine). Ones sold by OCD owners are also excellent choices. Look the car up on Lexus service history report (which it seems you're already aware of). If things check out then it's likely a good buy.

I do want to caution you away from small independent 3rd party dealers. Their prices might be the lowest, but there is likely a very good reason for that (EX. car was written off at one point and rebuilt). Paying a bit extra for that example from a good dealer or a private owner is definitely worth it IMO.

Even though it's an eight year old car, 130k is still a lot of miles for ANY used car. That said, the good news is it's a Lexus - specifically an LS430 - which equates to just about as reliable a car as you'll find among all brands at a mileage of 100k or more. Imo, Socal's got it about right.

Don't forget, the higher mileage puts you in a much better bargaining position. More than likely, the seller will realize that (I'm sure offers haven't been pouring in) so a lowball offer to start might be in your best interests

Regardless of our cars great reputation, once miles start reaching the 130K mark, prices are affected as most buyers are not looking for high miles. Considering that there are so many cars out there with fair mileage, you may very well be able to negotiate for a better price. Luxury cars and high miles are not the best combo for resale value.
