The 4 front seat mounting bolts should be torqued to 27 ft.lb (37 Nm). The other components and their torque specs are in the attached diagram.
EDIT: The forum software shrunk my full diagram and made it small and hard to read. Go here for the full-sized front seat component diagram - http://img716.imageshack.us/img716/9...components.jpg

omg..lol..frist of all thanks for the images how to read it another..i was informed that the front power seat adjuster has be come weak due to me being so tall and heavy..275lbs with me putting constant pressure on the back seat with the stop and go play has becoe a factor...the dealer wants 1500.00 for only the seat adjuster and thats crazy dont got money for that..so iam going to try to fix it but don know where to begin.by the way i check the bolts and they are tight..thanks
^Lol very true. Doesn't help that I have 1920x1080 res, everything is so much smaller than on my previous laptops. Just for fun, 'control'+'-' makes everything really small (zooms out). It went to the point where I couldn't read the anything on the screen anymore

I had the same problem happen. My local non Lexus mechanic gave me the option of $1500 to replace part or weld it for $100. Seat height adjust would then be disabled. We set the height where I liked it and then welded it place. No problems since.
The square in the bottom left tells you how to read the numbers. The first number is the torque spec in Newton*Meters, then in brackets are the equivalent kgf*cm and ft*lbf numbers. Note that some numbers are measured in inch*pounds so adjust accordingly.

I didn't notice that the forum software resized my picture when I uploaded it, which is why some of you found it difficult to read.
