Default Psycho ex creates another door removal question

My psycho (now ex) girlfriend had a fit in my 04 LS430. In doing so she punched the inside of the passenger's door and caved in the seatbelt adjustment button. It still works but is now inside the housing. This is bothering me. It looks bad and I get to think about how great she was every time I see it!

I've looked at length on here, and everywhere else, for pics / diagram on how to remove whatever it is I need to remove to get at it. The only thing I can find is on the 400's. where, by the way, it looks like I don't have to remove the whole door panel. Is this the same for the 430?

Make her pay for it

I would expect you would have to remove the door panel. Anyone else have specific experience with this?

You see, in a perfect world, there would be a person in black robes who in a stentorian rumble would rule on this case and allow you to pick up said GF and ram her head into the seat belt button area until it popped back out.

Whack! Ouch!!

My GF just came in and saw me typing this and hit me so hard my glasses fell into my glass of wine.

(quick swivel to locate GF in room)

They're sneakier, meaner, and more evil. Bite the bullet and get the local stealer's bid on repair. Then ... send that biotch the bill.

Good luck.

....an attorney about what she did or go to small claims court. She intentionally damaged your car because she knew what it meant to you. Laws protect you despite what you may have or may have not done to incite her. Doesnt matter if you cheated or called her a name or anything. Peoples property and bodies are protected by the law. She can't justify what she did. Im upset just hearing she damaged your car.

As long as you didnt harm her you have a case. Hope the car gets fixed soon. If you fix it, you can be compensated if you win in small claims court dear member as long as you keep invoices/receipts of all the cost you accumulated in the process of repairing your car! This is very upseting because it could be any member on this site, male or female this happened to! L.G.N.M

I'm not gonna take her to court or anything. She wasn't that bad...just a spoiled brat! The car got a little revenge. I was busy watching her and didn't notice traffic was coming to a quick stop ahead. I hit the brakes and she ended up on the floorboard!! She got jammed in there and since we were only about 10 min from the house I let her stay down there and cry....

Thanks for the suggestions... Lexus wanted $60 to just take of the door and look at it! But, at least I would get some free water and a pack of crackers

Seatbelts? I won't move my car until all the occupants seat belts are fastened. A standing rule since the kids were small, and have never changed that rule.
