I think it looks cleaner on the G then the LS, but if you like it thats what counts!

Cant wait to see what other mods you'll do.

If you like it, then it's all good...but I also think it looks similar to an inexpensive, aftermarket, insurance or accident replacement "special" and reduces the overall looks of the car.

Curious....when it comes time to sell or trade in, will you leave the mod in place?

I think that emblemless is fine if you're driving a Genesis and you want no one to know it's a Hyundai instead (same as Hyundai as done actually with the Chrysler looking emblem), but gosh darnit... you're driving LEXUS man !!! Flaunt it. I would get an even bigger "L" emblem that covers the whole grill if I could... ha ha.

i was a little pissed when i found out i couldn't rip off my rear badges... my 99 gs didn't have any holes in the car for the badges they just came right off (with a little know how that is). now i'm pissed that i would have to do so much work to remove them that i just don't bother. i am all about keepin em guessin

if they guess maxima or mercedes i don't care either way

Looks good.

If the cheap azz grill replacements are emblem-less and look like stock, I want one for our aging LS.

Do they have these for the pre-facelift 01 LS430?

Looks exactly like the OEM to me. Looks pretty clean without that oversized "L". Quite tempting....

I like the badge less, gives it a cleaner look.
