Just putting it out there, do you suspect the car may have been hit by a lightning?
You can try and reset the battery and see what happens.
Is the car driving normally? It really could be a number of things, or combination of issues. If the battery reset does not do it, stop by a Auto zone or discount auto parts and have them read the codes.
No direct experience, but I've heard people say one bad sensor like an O2 sensor can cause all that. The drivetrain is all tied together and shuts the smart systems off on any error. Get the engine codes read and you probably have a sensor bad or something.
