Pre-painted from factory? I don't think so... However, I'm sure the dealership will be glad to sell you bumper(s) painted to the color of your choosing.
My rear bumper was repainted by lexus ( ray catena Lexus in NJ) . Its a little darker than the rest of the car mostly at night. Its hard to match that LS silver from what i hear. I just wanted to know if there were prepainted bumpers for sale from lexus because there would b no color difference since they sure know how to do it right at the factory
My local bodyshop manager said there is no such thing as a single factory color for a car due to factory variations day-to-day and sometimes hour-to-hour. When I needed to get a new front bumper cover for one of my Cadillacs (04 CTS), she had me stop by with the car on both sunny and overcast days so we could best match the paint color from a range of samples on both the existing (damaged) bumper and undamaged fenders. She said I was lucky in that a single color sample was the best match on both sunny and overcast days. The paint job was undetectable from the rest of the car.
BTW, the independent bodyshop moved my aftermarket upper and lower grills to the new bumper cover and the fit was better than the dealer installation.

Well, even if they did, your LS has been exposed and faded over the years already, compare to a brand new painted bumper sitting in a corner.
Either way, the color won't/might not even match
I had the front lower bumper on my 04 UL replaced this summer after receiving a softball dent on the lower corner from a parking lot curb. It was replaced by a Lexus OEM and painted by my body shop to match. Perfect match. Couldn't be happier.
Curious as to what a new front bumper cost installed & painted?
My total cost was $655. That included a new lower bumper and chrome strip. The insurance company wanted to repair the bumper, but at $321 it was actually cheaper to purchase a new one, paint and install. The insurance company agreed to this and when finished it was better than the old one with 55,000 miles which had some paint chips
