it was 15 years ago and could not afford a cell phone... they seemed pretty convincing that they were doing me a favor... i was pretty young and stupid... now?? i'm not so young anymore...

ha ha...

Because it's on the "underside" of sorts, and it's on the bumper, a plastic pieces basically with no fear or rust, I would say touch it up because you surely don't want to spend say $400-500 for a professional job, and then a few months later someone bumps you again.

Get the bumper diaper.

I just had my wife's volvo s80 done at Lamon Auto Body in Mt Holly. A bit far for you but they did a fantastic job and are very professional and courteous.
