Default head light "xenon" issue !!

hey guys,

I have 2001 LS430 Ultra. pak.

When I turn on my head lights "xenon" it works excellent. BUT, after 1 minute the left one turns off without touching it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, I have to turn them off and then on again to work for another minute !!!!!
and I have repeat that all the night !!!! isn't bothering?!!!!

the computer system doesn't say any thing or show me that there is light not working!! because right now my taillight isn't working and the system keeps telling its not working until I change it.

what do you think guys I should do???
is it electric issue?
or I need to change the bulb itself?? If I need to change the bulb itself, do I need to change both bulbs left and right to make sure they are at the same level light??

I need your experience guys...

THANKS,
