Default Head Light level fix

I've done some research but can seem to find the answer I'm looking for so here it goes maybe you guys can help me out on this.

Along time ago I bought the halo projector head lights for my car and I had them on my car for quite a while. So I got rid of them and now I went back to my regular head lights but now my left light shines higher than my right light. My right light shines just fine but not my left light. I've even taking it off and re-installing it but it's still the same thing it shines high like if my high beams were on.

Is there a trick or something I need to do to fix this problem. can you guys help?

Make sure the bulb is in place right or else it wont adjust. I just went through this on my wifes RX. The bulb was angled wrong so the adjuster wouldnt catch

point the light straight at the wall and start turning until it goes down. It will work.
