Default Head Light Issue

My driver's side head lamp has been dying after driving about ten minutes. I turn the lights off/on, and the head lamp in question turns on again for ten minutes and then dies. Occasionally, the light will flicker as well. Is this simply an indicator that it is time to change the light, or is there a bigger problem surrounding the issue. I sincerely appreciate any input or guidance.

Put the passenger side bulb in the drivers side and the drivers side in the passenger side. See if the problem comes up again and whether it is the same bulb . Replace as required but if 1 bulb is bad replace both of them. Do you have halogen or HID bulbs.

That's a sign of the HID bulb dying... Mine did the same thing, and eventually didn't come on at all...

Thank you for the replies! I'm relieved to learn it is likely a head light replacement rather than a bigger undeying issue.
