Default Removing passenger side switch asymb

When my music is up, the window switch area rattles under heavy base. I want to remove the switch & wood to see if I can reduce it.

How do I remove that part from the door, does anyone have any experience with it?

You mean the wood piece right? It just snaps in with retainers at the side closer to the bottom and "hooks" into the trim in at the top near the dash. I wouldn't use a screwdriver or anything, but a fish line perhaps and loop under the trim on the bottom side and just pull straight up. It should unlatch and then you lift and "unhook" out.

yep, thats the piece. I'll give the fish line a try and see what comes of it.

Did you find a fix? I have the same problem with mine and could not find a solution.
