Considering Tinted Windows & Tails: Thoughts?

Nice nice... like the dark coloring in contrast with the silver. Are you planning on 15% all around, or darker? I'm going to tink too around next month or May, and get 15% on back. Can't tint the front windows or windshield in NJ.. stinks.

looks good, but i'm a fan of tint.
i just ordered a billet grille from carson toyota. painting my emblems black for the rear and will be tinting the tails. my own mini version of murdered out.
back to you...do it. how were you going to tint the tails?

Ive never seen it done before on a LS430 personally, but it's unique, I'm all about supporting something that's never been done before. After all, it may even look great.
But on the other hand... if you were going to tint the tails... I believe you would need a darker car for them to look great. Maybe if you had black pearl emblems and trim with some black wheels/chrome lip it would do the tint more justice.

I always kinda liked the look of VW GTI's and Jetta's that had it done. I've seen a number of Mercedes with it (new CL's with the white lense in the middle like the LS)

Liking the tint, but not liking the lights. Maybe it's just the contrasting colors for some reason on lights are not doing it for me. Are they legal?

yay on the tints on the window...
nay on the tinted tails.to me its not gonna look right with such a bright colored car.but if you do tint it,tint the entire tail light and not too dark.a light tint would look alright.
