Default Power headrest removal

Hi. I have a 2002 LS 430 w/power headrest. Does anyone know how to remove the headrests? I tried moving it all the way up then push down on the 2 plastic rings at the base of the seat posts then pull the headrest... nothing.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

I answered my own question. In case anyone else is looking for how...

remove the seat back (2 screws on the bottom of the seat). You will see 2 retention pins (looks like a big hairclip). Remove those then headrest comes right out.
