I've never put wheels on a car before (always owned trucks and suv's) so I need some recommendations on where to start looking. What size wheels will fit on my car without modification? what's the lowering process since I don't have the ultra luxury package?

How low do you want?
What size of wheels/tires you are looking for? 18",19", or 20"?
