I've been using LEXOL since 1994, on Mercedes and Lexus... Lexol keeps the leather looking natural.
Depends on how dirty it is, the cleaner is usually required. Otherwise, you would just be applying the conditioner on the old layer of preciously-applied conditioner. You need a bit of water when applying the cleaner. Wipe off completely, then apply the conditioner. The conditioner keeps the leather from going dry and crack in the long run.

I'm wondering how to apply cleaner and condtioner when the car has seat-ventilation? There are hundreds of little holes in the leather. Do they get clogged by applying either one?

....I would suggest you ask someone in the service department or nyone with info at your local dealership. I dont want you messing up your seats. I understand why you asking because it would seem that the cleaner and the conditioner can get in the holes of seats of that type. All the best!

I think if you apply multiple light layers with vacuuming in between you should be ok.
as for application just spread a thin layer out on the soft cloth you are using for application,, can use your hand,, as you continue to rub the cloth will clean the holes and continue to spread,, have used on many cars with no issues of any clogging,,
