has anyone removed the center console on a new body LS. my car has an xm radio mounted to the right side of the radio stack I'd like to remove. need to get access to the side of the radio stack where it is mounted.

If I can remember correctly, You first start to pop out the section where the sunshade button and heated/cool seat is with flat head screwdriver. Then there are 3 crews right below the next section where the Power/ height/ sport button are (phillips+ 10mm i think) will free it up. Then come the hardest part, the radio itself and cd changer is all one unit (my has nav so I don't know if it's different on no nav) you will have to pop out the two climate control buttons on the each side of the dash to access the 10mm screw in there, then a couple screw below the Cd changer will free everything up.
