Cool People with Datasystem, what's the setting when you drive?

Just wanna see what you guys drive with,
I am driving with setting 5 on my 04 UL, and I have around 1 finger gap between the tire and fender.
I think I can go lower, but I have to make sure my car clears my driveway.

I have my memory settings at:

Mem 1= 1
Mem 2= 3
Mem 3 =5
Mem 4 = 7
Mem 5 = 9
Mem 6 = L

I normally drive on on level 5 or 7. Since this is about half way, the raise and drop time is pretty quick so if I need to clear something, no issues. I rarely do "L" unless I really want to show off how low the car can go at parties and such.

The ride starts to get a bit rough at 7 and higher and there is no way I can drive on 9 unless all I'm doing is go straight. No way I can turn the steering wheel without rubbing.

so Airtime, 7 is no problem?
I am so worry about the car goes another inch lower above 60MPH, so I never dare to drive at 7.
Even with 5, everytime I go over 60, my dashboard just start flashing " hi Height " ??? Is it just a warning?

Around town, I usually go 7 in front, 6 or 5 in the rear since the rear looks like it sits lower. On the highway I think I go 5 all around.

9 is as bouncy as a trampoline in a mattress factory.

My offset is perfect and no fender rubbing at all. 7 is very drivable for me but as I have mentioned above, the rides gets rough and way more stiffer.

All of my presets are even, meaning all four corners have the same level.

My Data System came in yesterday! Within 4 days of payment, that's fast from Japan!

This is all great info, thanks.

How many of you had it professionally installed and how many did it yourselves? Not to go off subject, but I saw the diy and it looked pretty tit, I just don't have the b**** to open up my new car myself

Does the data system drop it 1" @ 60 mph????

Installation is cake, once you get the a/c vent tabs taken care of.

As for dropping it 1" at 60mph, I've never had the ***** to get out and check.

installation is so easy.

That's my question all along, does the car lower itself over 60mph?

BTW, I just tried 7 today on the way home, ride the same as 5 and if I go slow enough, it will clear the driveway without any problem!! so I guess 7 will be my new setting!

I ride on 7 all the time as well. I love it, really no finger gap. Setting 9 is a bit bumpy, but I only do it when I'm in the mood...lol. 5 and 7 is a good driving number. But obviously the lower the more camber wear you will have in your inner tires....

I believe the car does lower at around 60mph with the Datasystem. Try this to see if it happens to yours (best if you have a passenger to help out so you don't crash looking). Set your Datasystem screen to show "Valve". In this screen it would show any compressor activity. Anytime your dash display "Height Hi", look at the "Valve" screen (have your passenger look for safety) . It would flash a corner of the car raising it.

So again, the test would be drive at 60+ mph, slow down below that so the "Height Hi" would flash and look at the Valve screen, you will see that the car would be adjusting itself back to your preset height.

Feedback anyone?

When I installed the DSC I didn't install the extra harness (Speed Sensor). I don't believe my car lowers itself at higher speeds. Anyways, I drive with the front at 7 and the rear at A. Seems like a odd combination but for my car that is level. (Maybe due to the already saggy rear of the UL) On monday I should have the SS Kit Pro installed and I'll have to adjust accordingly.
