ML amp
thats what i was trying to tell the people from the tint shop that their workers were probably jamming my system and blew out the amp but they kept telling me that they have a radio in the back and that they did not use my radio. I know for sure that my cd was running because when i dropped off my car the cd was running on the 4th cd and when i got my car back it was on the 5th cd. so i know that they had to be playing my music or the car was left on and the cd was running. I found a place that can fix amps and he told me that he can fix my amp for under $300 do you think this is worth it? or do you think i should change out all my speakers and use an after market amp which will probably sound alot better than my ML system. Then again i dont wanna do all this work and comes out that water got into my tuner system. how would i know fosure that its the amp or the tuner system
Yes I did get it fixed at a local amp shop in Houston. They told me that my amp shorted out somehow and had to replace a part. either the shop jammed my speakers or they somehow got a little water into my amp. My amp is located right beneath the rear window so I am guessing they got water into it. I paid 300 dollars to get the amp fixed. Not bad compared to $2500 from Lexus for a new one.
