Default New service menu found!!!!!! (including bluetooth settings)

Hi guys. Finally..the menu that has bluetooth settings and other stuff. I won't reveal my sources

This should work for all 2001-06 LS430 models. I tried it on my 2004 today and it works perfect. Here's how it works:

1. Hit "option" button on the nav controls
2. Hit "display" button which comes up on the touch screen
3. Tap up and down 3 times in repetition (just like the override menu), except in a slightly different part of the screen (see photo below).
4. Voila....you have a hidden service menu!

To exit out of it - you MUST turn off the ignition

sorry for my crude photochop drawing

- Anton

Anyone who gets into it is welcome to post more detailed pics

Didn't want to play around too much with these screens but if someone can shed some light it would be most appreciated..

Are there any setting in these menus, or are they mostly "checks" to make sure the systems were okay?

Pretty much just the bluetooth settings. However, the other menus just tell you if there are any errors with Nav, Audio, Camera, etc.

Thanks LA Wheels. Now, who's first in messing with the bluetooth setting? I have no issues with it currently but if someone has some better settings, I'm game to try.

This menu also tests the camera, audio, etc. so it may still be there.

Be careful in these service menus. I remember a thread from some time ago where someone hit the wrong button and get himself locked into a Japanese-only part of the system from which he had to visit the dealer to recover.
