Default Help needed finding part number!

Hello, I am looking for the part number of the plastic piece that surrounds the nav screen and buttons on the 2004 LS430 - mine has gotten scratched by fingernails, etc. over the years. I'm trying to find it so that I can order it from the Internet (my dealer wants to charge me an arm and several legs for it).

I've attached a JPG indicating the part I'm looking for, if anyone can help, it would be most appreciated!

55405-50090 MSRP $393.40. Does not include the buttons, those come with the screen.

its not even worth it for just some scratches. If you must, id go get some vinyl dye spray that matches the color. A products like Sems would work.

How do you remove this plastic piece? Mine has sratches all over it and I would not mind painting it as suggested by racinstyle if I know how to remove it without causing more damage.

its not paint really, its more of a plastic dye. Its a PITA to remove. Ive got the LS430 manual that shows how to remove it. Send me your email and I will give you the audio visual pages.

I've thought of getting one of these surrounds off of eBay, or is this totally tacky? See picture. They are made for the Japanese market.

That was my impression too for sure. I would like to fix these darned scratches though. What about if I rubbed the rest of the grey stuff off? How would I do this?
