^^ You are installing those on your LS430? or did you source the pics from somewhere else?
Unfortunately I have a 99 LS400 and these are not a direct bolt in fit on my car. Also, it is much easier to install (not easy, easier) headers on a 430 vs the 400s since the single tube manifold on the 430s makes it much easier to remove the heat shields (toughest part of the job) and accessing the header to engine bolts.
Even at low boost, this LS430 or SC430 will wake up its beasty muscles. You can gain up to 23 rwhp for every psi that translate to 27-28 at the flywheel. For example at 6 psi, you'll make an additional of around 160 flywheel hp. That'll turn your LS into a big league, if not because of its weight.
A turbocharged/supercharged LS400 or SC400 can completely change its slow turtle motion. I can't imagine how powerful the LS430 will be when it's being air-force-fed. You can show your Lexus can move against those big Benz or BMW
The GS430 is the same motor also 4.3L vvti beast. IMO the SC,LS and GS are pretty damn fast with the 4.3 out of the box. Sure its no porsche but it was never intended to be. That is left to us the enthusiasts to take it to the next level.
BTW that SC430tt is this car http://www.lextreme.com/sc430tt.html
