Amp help!

Can someone please tell me where the factory amp is located on my 2003 LS430??? I'm trying to install a Parrot Kit.

should be located under the right hand rear of the trunk area. remove the floor cover of the right rear trunk directly behind the tail light. should be under there I think. I know the mark levinson amp is there.
