Default 04 Facelift conversion

Hi, Has anyone looked into the feasibility of doing a LS430 face lift? I would imagine headlights, taillights, bumper cover, hood, fenders...and possibly some minor inner bumper parts..?.. but in my opinion it would turn a 01-03 LS in2 a car I would entertain purchasing.. I like the slightly "sporty" 04 look... but don't want to pay 04 pricing.. for imho such minor changes.. (yes I'm aware of interior & other changes) ... any1 have any insight?? Thanks!

My friend did the conversion to his 02, he's selling everything right now (front fenders, hood, headlight, bumper, rear bumper, trunk, taillights...etc) He said it was not too hard for the conversion, I can find out more info if you need.

I have an 02 and thought of facelifting to 04 a while back. But then after considering the costs of all the parts, the labor cost to swap them.. the cost to paint them.. the time loss... what to do with old parts... I just figured it would be easier to just sell the 02 and buy an 04.

But if I can get the 04 parts cheap... I might reconsider...
