Default Module in trunk footwell

Does anyone know what the large module with a heatsink on one face on it is?

It has an electrical connector running to it but I couldn't see any part numbers or anything else.

It's in the footwell on the opposite side of the tools.

Cheers
Matt.

Thanks guys. Here is a pic, looks like a bit of moisture has been sitting on this unit.

Cheers

Cheers. The amp has been bypassed with an aftermarket headunit install.

I guess at some point there has been some water sitting in that footwell.

Cheers

The amp housing bracket holds the trunk carpet up in the corner so it's got to stay.

I have just rust killed the bracket and amp and cleaned out the footwell. There is a drain in that corner that looks like it might have been leaking. I siliconed around that and cleaned everything out, hopefully that fixes it.

Cheers
Matt.
