Yet another black LS on 20's, mine's an '02 UL with 36k miles. Please pardon the lousy pictures, my digital camera broke so I had to use my phone. I'll get a new camera and take better ones soon.
I just put on the Wald Executive kit and some wheels, also named Executive, from Ace Alloy. 20x8.5 front and 20x10 rear. The wheels are very affordable, around $300 each, and they fit great. The factory can mill the offset to your specs, I left the front at 38mm and had the rear cut from 38mm to 40mm so it wouldn't rub the fender. No spacers needed. They are even hubcentric, so no need for rings. The front wheels just barely clear the calipers, I had to lightly smooth a casting edge on the calipers to eliminate an extremely slight contact when the wheel flexes in during cornering. I lowered the car by adjusting the sensor rods. Pretty sick results!
I still can't believe those are so called "crappy" photo's with your phone. Technology has come so far that those pictures look pretty good. Anyway, the car looks really good. I bet you'd love it if you had the Datasystems controller as the front looks to be still a bit high for my tastes. Overall though the car looks great.
Same here, those are nice pictures from a phone Wheels are great for the price. I just had to replace my rear wheel two weeks ago as it had two hair line cracks on them and it was $1400. I could of gotten a new set of wheels for that price
The body kit is very subtle. What was actually done?
The photos suck because I couldn't get the orientation correct and the lighting is not good, there's too much glare on the wheels and the black body of the car is not defined enough. Overall the phone takes pretty good pictures but I'm not used to using it enough to take them as well as with a digital camera. The kit is barely visible on the car. Not sure why but in photos the front end always looks raised. In person, the car sits really nice, not the slammed in the weeds look, which I don't like. I added threads to the front adjustment rods and shortened them to get the front lower.
