Default cleaning back seats

I just bought a 2002 LS430 UL and the previous owner must have been a soccermom with some damn rugrats in the back seat all the time. The worthless slobs spilled what looks like chocolate milkshake crap down into the seatbelt latch areas, and the seatbelts themselves have a lot of stains on them. Is it easy to remove the rear seats and seatbelts so I can get everything thoroughly cleaned?

the bottom seats are easy enough to remove...they pop out/up and a couple of connectors..don't force it too much cuz the AC vent/tube for the seat coolers are also attached to the seats.
