Default Another Brake Question

As a newbie LS430 owner (2004), I have a question about the brakes. On recent Lexus service paperwork, under "Comments/recommendations", the tech had noted "Inspected brakes 9mm, tires 11/32nds."

Since I'm not mechanically inclined, I have to ask: Is this bad ? The service advisor never said a word to me about either. (Tires, BTW, are new.)

Also, what size rotors does the 04 LS430 have?

Thanks.
