Driving an '07 IS this week, and I noticed something.. a visible numerical indication of your stereo volume.

Does the '01 LS with the ML system have an on-screen indication of your volume level? I haven't noticed one, and was curious if it is something I can enable.

I had hoped it might have been one of those features not listed in the comprehensive manuals.

Hence me asking here. Usually the manual lists the features, not the lack of.

I think thats a 4th gen navi + feature. My '04 does it.

 

yeah i believe it's later years that have it. some 02 sc430 owners say they don't have it as well

 

When did the forth gen navi appear on the SC? '04? or did they wait till the updated '06 model to incorporated in?

 

well, strangely enough, 05. 04 only ls430 (facelift) had the 4th gen. starting 05 i believe all others except the is300 got it as well

 

My 04 does in fact display the volume on the Nav screen, no matter which screen I'm on....
