Cool! I wonder if they turn themselves off automatically with the engine shut off. I found out yesterday that the headlights turn themselves off automatically even at the "on" position.
BTW, I was able to turn on the fog lights for the first time this morning!

Yup, all the lights turn themselves off when you turn off the engine, and open the drivers door in the ON position. I really like this feature... should be the same way in every car.

fog light clear now :)
hi everyone,
Just thought I share 2 pictures with you. I changed the fog light bulb so now they are no longer the halogen color, instead it clear like the headlights.
One picture has the passenger side with the bulb replaced already. The driver side is the factory light bulb.
The second picture is both have been replaced.
The replacement bulb is 9006. I just bought the cheaper ones instead of the sylvania silver star. If I replace the headlight I will definitely get the silverstar instead.

Instead of creating a new Thread, I wanted to bring this back...
Does anyone know how to remove the LS430 Foglight? My passenger Side Fog bulb blew... literally blue and I need to pull it out and clean it out. I reached up in there and couldn't find any screws and the lights I see on ebay don't reveal anything. Please help! lol

9006 bulbs turn into the housing. To remove, turn the buld counter-clockwise and you'll feel it "pop" and then pull out. Once out, you'll see the three different length "threads". When you install, match the sizes up again and turn clockwise.
Of course you'll need to pull the wire harness off. Should be straight pull.
