Updated Navi Disc

My dad has a 2005 LS430 and he wantse to get an updated NAVI disc (new locations fwys, roads.. etc). THe dealer told him $300 bucks and i think its quite epensive. is there a website i can get it at? like lexus-parts.com? I don't know anything about LS's so im curious what i need
