I'm not sure about lease deals.

As a comparison. I like to keep cars longer than 3 years and put on miles without concern. I bought a certified 2001 LS430 with Nav/Levinson (3 year bumper to bumper warranty like on new cars) and paid $30,890. I did not give the dealer any money at all when I bought the car. The monthly payment on my 5 year loan is $571.35, this includes the $2,000 trade in for a '93 accord trade in crap condition. I'm paying $900.00/month (I hate debt) and will own it in 3 years. I do not know how much the car will be worth in 3 years, but I would imagine it is more than zero.

11% off list price is a Very good deal to purchase or as your cap cost for a lease. $799/month for 36 months otd (out the door) is close to rock bottom based on my extensive review over the internet.

Ro, I doubt your ultra lux deal was 800/month including tax and fees for 36 months. If it was I'd hate to know what you did or promised to get that rate

sorry but that's including tax and fees i don't joke on these stuff. maybe it was like 810 or 820 i forgot, but that's definitely the price range. that's my WHOLE monthly payment.

oh and nop, iddn't have to do anything to get that rate still, i would hae loved to, coz' that's a very hot looking sales

Russ, how many miles. That deal makes me wonder, because it is WAY BELOW the usual price for a CPO LS430 with NAV/MARK. Never seen a deal like this on a 2001 LS430 at anything close to that price with CPO warranty.

Hi,
It had 50,800 miles on it. Looked good as new. Was on the lot for a few months. (The tool box in the trunk is missing, but I'm working on that) I watched it as well as a few others very carefully. I passed at least 3 other Lexus dealerships to get to this dealership. I figured that when the calendar turned to 05, the 01's would come down in price and the one I was watching did. I feel like I got a great deal. The hard part was getting the $2000 for the trade-in. It was CPO and I got the Lexus financing deal that was going on. I love this car!
