Steering wheel vibration is either wheel balance (fronts) or front suspension linkage bushes/ball joints.
If it happens at a certain speed, then most likely wheel balance or tyre damage.
I have had tires/wheels cause weird things with mine. Mark Each wheel/tire somehow. Rotate (and verify PSI) on them and re-test. See if vibration changes. A tire can go bad!
