Default Need to run a wire to engine compartment

Base model, 2001 LS430 108k miles. I need to install a thin (<1 amp, 2 conductor) wire from inside the car, to the engine compartment. I will not drill any holes, or do any damage. I am willing to use spare wires that are part of the wiring harness, that may be spares for options I do not have. Suggestions please.

Under the battery tray there is a wiring harness that passes through the firewall. The rubber grommet that is used has a nipple on it, you can either poke a hole in the top of that nipple or just cut the tip off. It’s large enough to squeeze 4ga wire through so you should have no problem.

Agree use existing hole with grommet as that is what I always do.
