If you've got the open checkbook, keep an eye on Bring-a-Trailer, I'm sure it will pop up and you can grab it for $30-$40k. You could grab this unusual spec with 106k in the Seattle area, thanks @TominPT : https://seattle.craigslist.org/skc/c...877575538.html
For me, I like the Saddle but hate black. I would have preferred they go all Saddle like they did with Bordeaux in the 01-03 models, or do an interesting Ecru/Saddle combination interior, maybe Ecru piping like a Rolls....yes, please!. In the absence of that, I will stick with Cashmere or Ecru.
Speaking of Rolls....ohhhhh, baby! C'mon, Lexus, why couldn't we get Saddle insets with Ecru surrounds and piping?!?!?

I started yesterday looking at IAA and Copart plus another salvage page and looked at about 50 plus LS430's - zero saddle
I did peek Treasurecoast Lexus that uses the same DB as Bell and the passenger and driver top and bottoms appear to be listed in Saddle.
Now are they even available?

I have a Black UL with saddle interior. It has ~250K miles on it. Daily driver; no major issues. Air suspension replaced with coil-overs.
I'd entertain selling. I bought it with ~150K. I looked for months before buying this one. I can post some pics if you're interested.

Bill
It has a GROM bluetooth adapter.
Wheels are the old 2001-2003 std aluminum 16" style wheels that have been PVD. They look like chrome / shiny silver. I was going for a smoother ride. I still have the orig 17" chrome wheels. The chrome is peeling.

Just for the sake of this rare combo post some pics!!!
You can win a high entertainment award posting this rare interior - Thx
In the interest of many LS430 fans here I am sure there are many who are interested. (including me)
These pics are when I bought the car Oct 2016... Original wheels which I still have. Car Nav still work but I use my phone on a magnet with Google Maps or Waze. Pilot's chair. Very few people have ridden in the back. It's the best seat in the house. Dream back seat. Electric head rest, heated, air cooled, tilt, vibrate it all still works. Control the station/cd/mp3 player. Refrigerator too.

Please: what coilovers and how do they ride/hold up? 2005 UL with original air struts. They work, but I am sure I can use new struts, air or otherwise, if decent. This has been answered a variety of ways, but real world experiences appreciated. Did you do the conversion?

Great Questions...
Initially I read many threads here. Some really good. None of the Youtube vids are 100% accurate, like which fuse to pull, ride height, etc. There's lots of info out there and I had to wade through it before I got it right. It was frustrating. BUT I'm glad I did it. I loved the original air ride suspension. In my case, it was time for a new suspension. The rear(s) blew out and I had a low rider. Slammed! Lost pressure driving down my street on my way home. It was scary weird driving 20 mph without a rear suspension. Felt like you could lose control at any second.
Called my mechanic and he said "Sorry, I only work on cars in my garage." and I didn't think spending $4-5K for a new air suspension was a smart choice on a car with 250K miles on it. So, I did the unthinkable and ordered "Air Spring to Coil Spring Conversion Kit Unity fits 01-06 Lexus LS430" off eBay. Unity is the US company name. I don't know where they are manufactured. Called my buddy. Jacked up the rear end. Unbolted way too much of the rear suspension in order to remove the old and install the coil-overs. My mechanic laughed and told me to bring it in to his shop and he'll go over everything. He tightened up a few bolts and the rears were done. My mechanic then installed the fronts. The ride is way way way better compared to the worn out air-ride. They initially ride too high after install and took a month or two for the ride height to settle in. Look and ride totally normal now. It's not pillow soft anymore but more control and no doubt safer too. Installed a year ago, still my daily driver and I no longer think about my suspension while driving.

Gorgeous car. Dream spec. Trying hard to find one sub 80k miles
