Default Milestone 150,000

Reached a milestone yesterday with my '05 with ML package. Bought it at about 110,000 in January, 2018. WA, AZ car since new. Still on the original suspension, starter, alternator, valve cover gaskets, radiator, hoses, no repairs needed in my ownership except for a cleaning contacts of side mirror switch, and today had to replace the drivers side front fender liner. Still on the same battery from December 2017. Just keeping up with scheduled maintenance, 4 transmission drain/fills, flush coolant (will do that again soon), fluids, brake pads, etc. Perhaps I am lucky- some of these things like starter, alternator and radiator will need to be replaced and will in due time.

150K on the clock.
150K on the clock.

That's awesome that you're still on the same battery. I have to replace mine every 2-3 years. Just replaced my alternator last year and I'm at 93k.

Congrats! Near 170 on my 2005UL that I've ownes 16 years.
Still on the original suspension (yes, but can use new struts)
, starter: nope, went bad after a dead battery. Would not disengage. I probably damaged it trying to crank too much.

, alternator: Died around 150k. Just change yours, I'd suggest. Can leave you stranded, one of the few things.

, valve cover gaskets, radiator, hoses, no repairs needed in my ownership: same here.

Add: y pipe, bank 2 cat, a/c compressor, etc. Certainly has not been cheap for me.

congrats! I bought mine at 110k as well, and I'm close to 170k now. I only had to replace wear& Tear items so far:
  1. oil changes / coolant flush / Trans drain& fill
  2. exhaust leak fix ( was the Y pipe rusting out)
  3. new battery
  4. rear struts wore out
  5. HVAC/ Nav unit display went out , bought a used one on ebay, all good now
