Default 2005 LS430 Suspension Help Needed

I have over 220,000 miles on my LS430 and I have never replaced this suspension until now. I have the air suspension auto leveling system. I've replaced the front suspension, but now the compressor is broken and will Cost $2000 to fix. The compressor is what actually raises the suspension up and down and I don't have a capital to pay that additional fee after buying only the front struts and still need to replace the reqr struts
. So now I'm considering and what is more economical? Replacing the air suspension with a regular suspension system. I have a mechanic that is willing to do it at a cheaper Cost and the suspenson struts are overall less expensive. My question is what is the best suspension system for this model and year of car that will still give it that floating feeling of driving. Please help.I'm ready to do this this weekend.
ALSO THE FRONT AIR SUSPENSION STRUTS WILL BE FOR SALE. THEY WERE JUST PURCHASED AND DRIVEN LESS THAN 100 MILES
.

Used compressors on eBay are in the $125 to $250 range.

this might be a good option, but if youre over the air suspension and would rather not deal with the headache just opt for the factory struts if you still want the comfort. i have factory air suspension but have driven other LS430 without it and honestly i feel like the factory shock spring combo has held up better in terms of comfort
