Default Quick help with dashboard display

Hello, I’m back again to ask for some quick help from my experienced Lexus friends.
My 2005 LS430 was recently due for an oil change. Three days before I was to take it in for an oil change, several dashboard lights came on. I’m aware of the red triangle light that generally means oil reset, also aware of the traction control light, but I’ve never had the other lights come on at the same exact time the red triangle light turns on. “Check VSC” displays on the dashboard too, not sure why.
I suppose I’m due for a transmission change one of these days, but can anyone tell me what the other lights are signaling, especially since they all came on at the same time.

VSC means Vehicle Stability Control........it keeps the vehicle from oversteering or understeering when you turn the wheel, by applying differential action on the individual front/rear or side-to-side brakes. There may (?) be a problem or failure with one of the sensors or hardware involved.

This could be anything. In my experience, if a code hits, Traction/VSC turns off, the check engine light goes on, and you lose vsc (and radar cruise if your car has it). My car has a thing where it occasionally has this happen apparently after heavy rain. (I do not garage it usually). It usually clears in a day or two with some real driving. Codes at autozone were imprecise and reading it seemed to reset... but it is annoying since VSC and cruise are indeed off. My point is that it is not necessarily VSC, it could be an o2 sensor for all you know, etc. Get a code reader or a diagnosis.

that happened to my 1st one and only the dealer was able to clear it.
the TUNE, BRAKES and TIRE store tried 2 times but they were just disconnecting battery
1st time lasted several weeks but second time came back quickly
dealer fixed for no extra charge after luxury oil change

Adding oil might turn off all the warning lights. Check your oil level on a regular basis between oil changes!

I have never used any significant oil use on my car, changing the oil every 6-7 months or 5k miles typically with 160k+ miles on it currently. I don't think the original poster is getting that low pressure message, but if I did ger that, I'd worry about more than low oil. It could indicate a bad oil pump, or a leak, etc. I am surprised that doesn't cause a blinking light or some worse warning, because low oil pressure, if NOT caused temporarily by low oil, could be really bad really fast. I did get that message in my 2001 LeSabre, and there, it was indeed low oil. Ironically, the next buyer had the car die (some 40,000 miles later, he kept in touch) due to a failed oil pump. But I have a feeling his kid did not do regular oil changes. Anyway, all that aside, a low oil pressure warning is a huge red flag, and don't assume it is from some low oil and ignore for a while. Check it immediately.
