Lexus Ls430 Engine to Lean P0171 P0174 + Gearbox Problems

A crack in the Y-pipe that bolts to the Catalysers is common on the LS430.
Do you have any codes when you connect an ODB2 reader?
Do you have exhaust repair specialists in Germany?
I know that because of TüV you must use original parts and those are expensive.

Yup, you have cracks in the exhaust berween the Catalyser and the downstream O2 sensor.
This means that air gets into the exhaust which confuses the ECU and causes the codes.
Get your exhaust checked.

But could all this cause the engine to run lean? I mean i still hstilrhe feeling that i dont have full power and the gearbox shifts complete garbage...could this all be caused by the exhaust leak?

It could cause the engine power to be down and will cause the 2 codes, but the gearbox shifts are probably something else. Normally either the gearbox ECU needs repairing or new solenoids. It sounds to me like you have multiple problems. Fix the exhaust and then see what else needs doing.

Quick update
Still low power and car runs lean.
Iam giving up in finding the problem myself.
Will bring the car to thw shop so they can search the problem....not gonna be cheap this way...
