I changed all my coils recently and went with some OEM coils from the Toyota tundra and sequoia which have the 2uz engine in them, a variant of our engine. They had the same part number as the ls430 ignition coils too, so I got them for much cheaper on eBay and haven't had any trouble since. Also make sure to clean all the oil out of the sparkplug housing and get new spark plugs too. Also, your valve cover gasket and/or spark plug O-rings are most likely leaking, which is why it's misfiring. Definitely replace all of that! If you just replace the spark plugs and coil packs the problem will eventually return...
I will try to do the o rings and all that when I have time and money to get around to it soon, thanks for the tip I would have forgotten about that! Also, I couldn't find any 2uz coils for cheaper than the 3uz ones I found on carparts.com. I talked to my mechanic and decided to get OEM ones, I will keep posting about what happens with all this.
Just an update: I fully replaced my plugs and coils with OEM, and it seems I have fixed my misfiring issues. However I am still getting a check VSC light which only comes on while the car is in motion, along with a flashing ABS light in park, when I go to scan it with my OBD scanner it says there are no codes, however the scanner is not capable of showing history codes. The scanner shows an incomplete smog monitor check for CAT, O2 sensor and heater, and finally EVAP. I suspect this may be the problem as I recently replaced some hoses with cheap autozone ones, including PCV, EVAP to throttle body, and this hose connecting to the intake #12262-50060. I think it might be the latter one as it is all bent and crimped up, but I'm not sure how this could be connected to VSC or what the problem may even actually be. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Do what is popularly known as "VSC Reset:"
1. Turn Off the ignition key
2. With a paper clip connect in the OBD-II connector as shown (from the left: top pin-3 to bottom pin-5):
3. Start the car, "VSC Test" message should appear on the gauge cluster, keep the car running for 5 minutes
4. Turn off the car, remove the paper clip
5. Start the car, "VSC Off" message should be gone. Take the car for a short test drive.

Just tried this and it didn't fix it, it seems that the VSC and ABS lights are connected to me using the brake pedal somehow. sometimes if i brake it goes off or on, but if i accelerate sometimes the red exclamation point warning comes on. Idk if there was just smoke in the air or not but when I started up the car as well some smoke was outside the cab around the engine area, kinda concerning.
I have heard that doesn't always work. Using the techstream software is the way I do it. It has to reset it first then do the test. Make sure on level surface with tires forward.
Mechanic said it had a code c1210 and c1336 connected to the vsc 36 and 39 yaw rate sensor. I think I didnt do the vsc reset properly. Any other tips on how to recalibrate my yaw rate sensor zero point? Also my gas meter still shows empty, im thinking about putting in a new gas level sensor to fix it.
