Looks like turn signal indicators. I am fairly certain that they are aftermarket

I second that. My old 75 Cadillac has fiber optic indicators on the front of the fenders that look somewhat similar to those.

There are fiber optic lines that run to the light housings that display the actual light from the bulbs, so you can see if they are all functioning from the driver's seat. Is there a way for you to peek at the open space under the fenders to see if there is anything running to/from them?

My old JDM Camry had those 2 markers which were connected to head lights with glass fiber cables to light up at night.

For a second thought it was an attachment for a car flag pole like a diplomat

Unfortunately I don't have access to the car since it's an auction I won from japan recently ! (1992 Celsior Type C with F package)

That's the main raison why I'm trying to figure out before receiving the car in 2 months 😅

I'm pretty sure someone has the right answer but I can't tell for the moment. I thought it would have been obvious for some people ahahah
Thank you everyone who took the time to answer, I really appreciate it !

aftermarket, corner markers so you know where the corner is when turning.

same concept as a bumper pole (which are OEM on some makes).

This might sound a little bit retarded but do you guys think it's something that can be removed without damaging the car ?!

Mainly depends on whatever is connected to the bottom side of whatever they are. I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume that there is wires/fiber optic lines/threaded bolts that required holes to be drilled in the fenders for them.

Worse comes to worst, just remove them and then have the holes filled and painted by a body shop, or just throw new fenders on (so long as the JDM ones aren't different!)

yes you can remove it w/o damaging the car, but there is high chance there is a hole on the fender to run wires for the light.

finding matching fenders in pearl white will be very difficult so you're route bet is to do body work unfortunately (or live with it).

I would suggest leaving them, unless you want to spend more.. They don't look that bad, and there are probably holes beneath as others have said

It's just something cool that shows the car's Japanese origins a bit more

I spent the better part of 10 years looking for a good pearl white fender that had matching paint (preferably OEM). Found it, but took a lifetime... It wasn't worth it to me to spend $600 having body work done on one panel

Those are sometimes known as fender or bumper control lights (very old school term) it's a JDM thing.
