Non nav unit
Would a non nav radio unit be plug and play into a nav unit equipped 99 ls?
Edit: going with non nav HVAC and double din unit. Which one did y'all use that can use the stock speakers amp and sub?

but, if you want the HVAC controls to work i believe those have the same plugs iirc (utilizing HVAC controls from a non-nav car). then just get an aftermarket HU and you're golden!

This is my plan for if my NAV screen ever dies. Larger touchscreen headunit that can run android auto and my current sound system, and bonus points, I get a new HVAC control because the backlights on my current one are broken! I can't see what the clock or temp is at night lol.
