P0155 Error Code on 1999 LS400
No fuse to replace. O2 sensors are service interval checks at 100K miles so depending on miles of your car, they are likely due to be replaced. This is the passenger side bank 1 sensor. Replace both of the bank 1 sensors. They are located just above the catalytic converters accessed from the bottom. They are pretty easy to access and if your car has been in FL all this time they should not pose a problem to get out as a DIY service. Spray a penetrating liquid to help in removal. This is about a 5-10 minute per side job. Unclip the wiring connector and use a 22mm or O2 socket to remove. Apply a slight dab of the copper anti-seize included with sensor on the threads, screw in and connect wiring connector, done.
Also suggested would be the engine coolant temp sensor replacement.
Also suggested would be the engine coolant temp sensor replacement.
In case you also have codes P0135 and P10X (MAF related) together, there may be a possibility that a fuse EFI-No2 (for O2 sensors and a MAF) is open. But the code P0155 alone simply means the open heater of the O2 sensor B2S1.
