So, spacers have a direct correlation to scrub radius. I don't think a 1" spacer will cause these issues (on a street car) but I've seen some odd stuff in my day. Essentially the added track width, without the suspension being dialed in to accommodate, will cause the tires to drag, cause bump steer, etc. You can find some really good articles that elaborate more.

Is everything OEM Lexus under the front of your car? I remember reading how the Moog and other aftermarket control arms have a slightly different shape.

I haven't observed all the individual pieces for manufacturer stamps but I can for sure tell you that the spindles are cut and tilted (by a legit seller).
