I'm trying to help a friend read the OBDII on his 2000 LS400. I cannot find the connector under the drivers side steering wheel on the drivers side. Does anyone have a picture of where it is or what it is under? Thanks in advance and sorry for the Newbie question.

 

If memory serves by the hood release think there is a plastic cover over it.

 

The port is more to the left beneath the hood release lever.
