Default tilt steering wheel

A co worker of mine have a problem with the steering wheel not tilting when the key is insert or remove. Can anyone help with the electrical as where to find the fuses or relay? Thanks

What happened to the TISB's that were available on this forum before the redesign last week? There was at least one TISB regarding a tilt/telescope problem affecting the 98-00 LS400 which dealers would repair under the 4 yr/50K mile warranty.

ahh, the entire library seems to have disappeared

il look for it this week when i go home and try to upload it as an attachment.
