This is an update. I had posted a question a while back about the steering column not returning to the saved position in my '96 LS400. I finally took it to Davenports here in Dallas and they found the wiring harness was tood short and was binding . They put an extension in and it works perfectly! Cost less and $100, also. Great work for a great bunch of mechanics!

well if you had searched in the library for "ls400 tilt" like i just did you would have gotten some help
