3/16" nickel/copper also known as nicopp use the original fittings I've found aftermarket are quite poorly made. Unless the fittings have completely rotted out. The threaded ends are M10x.1.0mm.
there are many brake lines across the car; hard line and soft line.
lex2k mentioned the hard lines which can be custom made (cut and flared to your desired length). soft lines are another story as you need a special crimping tool to terminate them.
so it really depends on what line you're looking for. please let us know what or where the line is. anything near the brake caliper itself will likely be a soft line.
in the end the fastest way to remedy the problem is to buy an exact replacement line, either used or new.

I had the same problem about a month ago. Ya need to take a good look at all the lines cuz once one line rots through, the rest are doomed in the near future.
What happened to me was; I had one back line that rotted and leaked, had it repaired and when they bled the brakes, another spot on the same line popped through the rust. At that point I was looking for a way to just shut off the back brakes, temporarily. (Didn't happen) So I had them make up another whole line. Started bleeding it again and a front line busted through some more rust also. I could have driven without back brakes but.....not the front. Cuz of other problems, this was the last straw for my LS400. Now it just sits.

good input here!
sad though that your car kept leaking and is now not drivable !
Good opportunity to upgrade to stainless steel lines, and improve braking while you’re at it.
that's only if the rubber softlines are bad. if the hardlines that run the length of the underside of the car are the ones that are leaking, stainless steel lines won't remedy it.
