Default Another timing question.

OK, I've used search and did not find any forums that discussed this...

Q:
What components get changed when timing is done?
So far, I came up with the following:
- Timing Belt______________ $53
- Tensioner_______________ $41
- 2 Idler Pooleys____________$100 + $65
- 3 Front Cover Gaskets______$6+$8+$15
While there:
- Water Pump______________$160

-Total $450

Those are dealer prices for parts only.

Is there anything missing or unnecessary on this list?
Specifically, does tentioner need to be changed?

Thanks.

Also need cam seals, might as well buy two caps, two rotors, Spark plugs and wires.
